This is my current favorite workout.
I'm 60 and I've been doing your you tube videos on my phone 😅for a year. 2-3x week mostly. I hate it when life disrupts, but I go right back.

This hip flexor stuff is exactly what I need for my EDS... It's so gentle but also challenging. In the beginning I thought it was too easy because I'm used to more fast paced, instant burn routines but my hips are burning as I'm writing this and I'm so grateful because it's so hard to isolate these areas when you are just doing mainstream squats... Thank you for making this easy for my brain and for removing the frustration which I have been struggling with since being diagnosed. ❤

I hadn't even thought of it until you mentioned it, but you talking us through the whole process is at least 75% why I stay motivated the whole time! I definitely appreciate having the stretches and movements explained and when you talk it feels like I'm in a classroom with an instructor not on my lounge room floor fending off dogs while nearly falling over trying to get my balance 😂😂
This workout was a lot of fun and definitely a good, satisfying challenge. Thanks!

Hi, I discovered ur channel this morning. I have been encouraged by drs. to exercise but was struggling with the strength of my body. I had 4 spinal surgeries. Find it difficult to stand or walk for too long. So I decided to change my life. Just listening to your video inspired me.

I love this workout. I am 69 and my hips are loving these moves. It has taken awhile to get stronger and more flexible! I agree 100% that functionality is what I need to stay happy. I challenged myself today, and did your intermediate class, I figured if it was too much for me I’d go back to the basics and try again in a couple weeks. I’m so glad I challenged myself to do it. I was able to get through everything and then I felt absolutely amazing and I am very proud of myself. I love your classes!!❤❤

Hi Jessica. I am a new subscriber to your site. During the really cold months here in the northeast find it necessary to have "indoor" workouts. I took too long of a break from exercising during November into January! Ugh....felt awful. Discovered you and have been working out with your Pilates videos for a couple weeks now. My vote goes with "yes" loving that you talk us through what you're doing and what muscle groups etc we are working and that you keep us breathing properly. This 30 minute full body workout is my favorite thus far! Also work with dumb-bells and appreciate those videos as well! Appreciate you!

I feel so much better in my body since I started doing your workouts. It took me nearly a year to go back to regular exercise after my last endo surgery and it feels so good to be moving again. The pace of your workouts is perfect for me.

I have tried various forms of exercise but none suits me since I’ve been sedentary for quite a while. After I came across your beginner pilates videos, I was extremely grateful. I love this. I also feel that the “talk” all the way through is essential to keep us all on the right track. The history also helped me to identify what exercises are very beneficial for me. This was for the 34 minute full body and the 10 minute balance session.
