Welcome to this astral projection guided meditation for beginners. This meditation will help you with techniques for astral projection & out of body experience.

Inspired by the techniques thought by the pioneer in astral projection Robert Monroe, you are secured to get a good experience from this guided meditation. The technique used is called "MABA", which stands for Mind Awake Body Asleep. Background music is embedded with 4.5Hz Theta brainwaves which will bring your state of mind into deep relaxation and focus.

We recommend using headphones/earplugs for the best experience since the meditation is embedded with 4.5Hz theta binaural beats.

Learning how to astral projection takes a lot of practice and patience. This is something you need to know before starting your adventure. We recommend everyone that who start this journey learn how to meditate. Learning to control your body both mentally and physically will have an immense impact on your sessions.

The most important tip we give to beginners is to embrace the fear, don't push it away. There is one thing all human beings have in common; we fear the unknown. Once you start to feel comfortable with your sessions and get rid of the fear everything will get much easier.

THETA WAVES (3 HZ TO 8 HZ)

Theta brainwaves occur most often in sleep but are also dominant in deep meditation. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition.

In theta, our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within. It is that twilight state which we normally only experience fleetingly as we wake or drift off to sleep.

I stumbled upon a book named Hidden Astral Projection Techniques on Shirlest, and after just a single read, I was able to astral project for the first time. It’s like stepping into a whole new dimension.

Walk back to bed method: set an alarm for maybe 3 or 4 am, get up and walk around your room and then lay back down in bed, don't move, close your eyes and keep your mind awake. After feeling the vibration/tingly sensation you might get to a stage where you can move your arm without physically moving it, reach out and 'pull yourself up' as if there is a rope above you... Hope this helps someone :)

For anyone who has been trying and hasn't done it yet, maybe stop using this as a guide to AP and instead just use it to relax. Sometimes you can want something so badly that you actually stop yourself from achieving it. What I mean by that is, you go into it with expectations and pressure on yourself, so you can never fully relax and get there because you're waiting for it. Instead start focussing on true, deep relaxation & meditation, use videos like these and follow them, but change your goal. You might find that you get there easier.

Tonight is the farthest I’ve gotten, not quite to the finish line, but I was so close, I got to the point where I could move my astral arms and legs, then I got distracted and had to re-relax myself. Then I found myself outside looking at the night sky. Then suddenly I rushed back into my body and gave up. I’m still proud of myself though, there were many other times I could’ve given up and I didn’t. Trying again every night. Also, today is December 21st a super high energy and important spiritual day, so I’ll try again tonight and maybe I’ll reach success

This is the closest I have ever come to astral projection. All I felt was a pine and needles feeling in my arm, but baby steps. Wouldn’t have done it without your help. thank you

I have been able to astral project and lucid dream all my life, I lay on my back with arms down beside, concentrate on breathing, then that ringing sound starts to get louder, then bursts of a frequency along with adrenaline starts to happen, it repeats and gets quite intense, then I break through and I'm somewhere else, I then snap myself out of it so I will remember the experience

i didnt astral project but i did get in my most calm version of myself. i saw a comment saying to not keep focusing on projecting then u won’t truly relax so i did that. went through 50 minutes of the most relaxed meditation. thank you.

This is my first time trying, and let me tell you I 10/10 recommend this video for beginners. At first I felt relaxed, but slowly my body seemed to fade away. I saw gray, blue, and green lights behind my eyelids. They formed strange shapes (I saw a dragonfly?). I didn’t astral project, but with practice comes perfection. I didn’t expect to do much, but I feel so relaxed and happy with the experience. A few strange things happened (my stomach and ribs felt cold, like there was a draft, but there wasn’t? I also have a hoodie on, so very strange.) but overall I felt I can better understand how my mind will react with astral projection. Thank you so much for this! Again, I recommend this for anyone looking to start practicing! Keep patients, and you’ll get there :)

1st time doing this and I don’t think I’ve ever felt anything like it. Didn’t project but body went numb, vibrations felt, and for a hyper mind that never shuts up, this was a great start! I’ll be doing this every day moving forward!! ❤️

I literally felt to a point where I was able to imagine almost anything at ease and exploring it. Also felt little vibration punches all thru my body but I still wasn’t able to pull through. This video helped me a lot ! Just need to practice more
