Welcome to this Astral Projection Guided Meditation. This guided meditation is designed to show you how to astral project with ease. I will guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR). Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, you will guided through a simple exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).

Astral Projection Guided Meditation | How to Astral Project | Yoga Nidra

This astral travel guided meditation takes you through a classic OBE technique, where you simply float or drift up. It has my own unique twist using the yoga nidra method I learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.

My voice will fall away after about 30 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in binaural beats and whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of body experience or deep sleep.

The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.

This is astral travel meditation technique is set to binaural beats, so it’s more effective with headphones.

Also, im a canadian born punjabi sikh indian woman, and both my grandfathers were very religious and taught me meditation techniques, and also the entire religious texts....nidra is such a word. In sikh texts the naad is known as the celestial unstruck sound.

Hi Rosalie I just had my 5th astral projection using this video, I am learning so it turned out to be very short due to me getting excited and not being able to maintain my focus but it works, your videos are great, Thanks so much I will keep practicing 🙏😊

Also Rosalie...i noticed a LOT of images or like, lights in my third eye with my eyes closed during several of your videos and I really loved that. To be honest im scared to leave my body in case of all these scenarios happening. Im one of the ten percent who did your poll who is actually afraid. My late husband projected and I saw him outside his body. That was wild. He had some gifts but I guess I also have some. He passed away in 2021 and in one of your videos you say to say out loud whatever you want to see...like “kitchen now” and i just want to know if ill ever see my passed over loved ones. I had a lucid dream where I actually did that once, but I knew I was dreaming in the dream. So i was actually asleep. Thankyou so much.❤

When I'm listening to this I enter a trance of numbness but other than that I can't get beyond that level. I've never had a successful OBE before. I will keep trying tho.

I'll just say Thank You so much for these Yoga Nidra Meditations. Living with Chronic pain since 09, I've meditated with so many different Meditations and I thought Yoga Nidra was a Physical thing but it's helped me immensely and there's not a day goes by now that Yoga Nidra Meditations aren't part of my Pain Management routine. i lied down and listened to this for 1 hour and 4 minutes. in the time i listened i had a lot of relaxation and at some points barely felt my body in shape; i felt like an amorphous human-shaped blob. i had a hard time visualizing or “noticing” anything in the blackness, but in the last 4 minutes (just about) i finally reached the vibrational stage. my issue with being in the vibrational stage is that it hurts my ears. my ear drum feels some sort of pressure when i begin vibrating and usually i will stop early due to anxiety. this time, though, i continued on knowing that it wouldnt really hurt me. i began feeling less and less in tune with my body but more in tune with my consciousness, and at the very end before opening my eyes i believe i sat up out of my body and then floated to the left and hit the wall next to my bed. i was blind, but i could feel the weightlessness. but again, “you can get back by thinking of your physical body” so as i wondered i tried to open my eyes and ended up back in my bed unmoving.

Tried again last night, not sure what happened but I know I fell asleep 😴 had a normalish dream and woke with a pulsating headache 😅 must have needed that deep sleep as I don't usually fall deep like that. Thank you ❤

Didn’t astral project:( but fell asleep. Later that night I experienced sleep paralysis. Terrifying but also recognizing it as that out of body experience you mentioned was really helpful. My mind was awake and body was asleep!

Rosalie, not sure what it is but i found your channel but was scared to try...have listened and i actually felt a really really big vibration and it was amazing. I also saw something like a dream but it was people hiding in hotel rooms from aliens or something lol....but wow you really know how to keep the mind awake while body rests like NO OTHER. Thankyou.

Last time I chickened 🐔 using meditation
I woke floating in my living room looking down at my couch and cases of bottle water I keep behind it .
My control got a little scary 😦.

I can feel my hands and arms feet and legs floating sometimes my lower body… but I can never get my dang head to unsnap. It’s like the rest of my body is tugging and it’s stuck at the c3/4 neck vertebrae.
