Welcome to this Astral Projection | Mind Awake Body Asleep Practice with Yoga Nidra, designed to help you practice and master the mind awake, body asleep state. If you want to learn how to astral project, this is a great start.

The more proficient you become at remaining lucid and aware in this liminal state between sleep and wakefulness, the more you increase your chance to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE). You might approach this as a training ground for astral projection – and at the same time, you’ll be gaining all the benefits of this yoga nidra practice (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR).

This guided meditation uses the yoga nidra method Rosalie learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.

You are encouraged to remain awake and alert as your body deeply rests. This is astral travel meditation practice is most effective with headphones.

Rosalie, thank you so very much! I asked you previously for a shorter session because it seemed of my dozen or so successful out-of-body experiences, I have been most successful in the hour after listening specifically to your recordings. I wanted something I could use periodically through the day that didn't require hours of time, but would ultimately strengthen aspects of myself required to astral travel more proficiently. This is perfect! I can't wait to see how, used daily for the months ahead, this recording will assist me to grow this extraordinary skill. I really appreciate it.

Your Techniques really WORK I used to practice Astral Projection and projection without full control and I stopped but after seeing your videos appearing everytime I open YouTube I decided to listen to your guided techniques first try Boom I Astral Projected fully conscious, THANK YOU SO MUCH❤ I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS GOD BLESS YOU

I still struggle with the exit. I feel all the prior sensations but I can’t seem to exit. After a while I feel my body tensing. I am patient and continue. 😊

Is it normal that when I lay still and relaxed for a long time and get the „rollover signal“ my body gets so uncomfortable that I can‘t relax anymore at all?
