☆ This meditation will guide you through a process of relaxing and calming the body, clearing the chakras, opening your third eye, affirmations and intention setting, hypnotic suggestion and breathing the physical body into sleep while the mind remains awake and aware, ready to travel through the astral realms. There is one hour of guided meditation and then 30 mins of music and isochronic tones for unguided meditation.

☆WARNING☆ - As your physical body falls asleep you may feel some bizarre visual, auditory or tactile sensations. Just relax and TRUST that you are completely safe.
If you find yourself in Sleep Paralysis then firstly try to RELAX and remind yourself, "This is sleep paralysis. I am safe. I am ready to astral project!" Then close your eyes and put all your attention on your astral, energy body. If you feel yourself being pushed in any direction then go with the motion. Stare into the darkness and if you see visuals start to appear then flow with them. You can reach your astral hands into the darkness too and see what you feel. Be patient, curious and keep your intention on your astral journey and allow it to materialise around you.

I came across a book called Hidden Astral Projection Techniques on shirlest, and it completely changed my perspective. After just one read, I was able to astral project for the first time!

Every night for the past 3 months I have tried all 30min - 1hr sleep/guided sleep meditation's there is on youtube. Last night I did this one for the first time and I can't believe it actually WORKED!! This one is very different in how she guides your launch. Hands down, bar none, head above the rest, this one is THE BEST!

I can officially say that on January 19th, 2019 ... for the first freaking time in my life I launched my black ass into the mutha fawwkin 5th dimension yaaa and it was one of the best damn things I've ever experienced. Here I am @ 3:30pm the following day and I have been thinking about it non stop trying to process wtf just happened. Finally, now being able to say I have successfully taken flight ... astral projection is WAAAY better than I could ever have imagined in my wildest and craziest dreams NO CAPP!

I can't tell anyone in real life otherwise I will sound completely bonkers and I think I would prefer to show someone how to meditate before explaining the concept of astral projection but today I am different than I was yesterday. Today, I understand more than ever before in my life that I really am one with the universe and its beautiful af and that's faxx

There is something about that periodic bell that really sticks with you in the end and after the audio is over, it really helps with the transition and lift off once the audio cuts out. I've learned that it's easier for me to balance and focus my energy rather than trying to shift from color to color. We don't start out with a manual that teaches us how to operate our brain so this has been a lot of fun trying to figure it out. I just wish I had found out about this earlier in life.

Best time to do it :
In the morning when you wake up, your mind would wake up immediately but your body takes about one hour to be fully awake, you can start as soon as you wake up, do not do it at night before you go to sleep.
What worked for me is that I would set the alarm to wake up in the middle of the night, get off my bed and set somewhere for 5 minuets and then go back to bed, overnight my head and blocking all the lights, without moving my body at all for a while, your brain would start testing your body to see if it’s asleep or not, you would feel the urge to move some parts of your body, ignore that, then you would feel the urge to scratch your body, ignore that, after a while you would feel like you’re half asleep and your body is almost paralyzed, what I do is I would imagine my self getting up from the bed and into the front door and leaving the house, walking in the street while it’s empty, sky is cloudy, no bright lights, and my brain would start zooming in to things I know I’ve seen before but not that close, don’t be fascinated by that, ignore it, if you get too excited you will wake up, after I walk for almost two blocks, a red car would always show up, I didn’t think of that car, my mind has created it, I’d ignore that as well and my body starts to feel so relaxed and high, and all of the sudden a lot of people are walking next to me minding their business, cars passing by, and I can’t control my thoughts anymore, and then things would get crazy, depending on each person.
* In time you will remember more and more of your dreams, make some notes on your phone as soon as you wake up and read them before you go to sleep.
* In time this would get so much easier, your brain would be trained to do this, to the point that just talking about lucid dreaming would get you to lucid dream without even trying.
I’ve started this 3 years ago, and I’m getting pretty good at this, but there are some side effects, like not being sure if you’re awake or asleep, specially right after you wake up, I was getting a lot of déjà-vus, I had to do reality checks many times during the day, and I don’t relax that much when I dream, I wake up normally but my brain would feel exhausted after a couple of hours like I haven’t slept at night. Is it worth it ? Yes ! Definitely. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this experience in my life and I can’t wait to expend my knowledge.

For those of you that are having issues projecting, dont try this at night before you go to sleep. Its extremely difficult to project when your mind and body are wide awake. Your mind and body are programmed to fall asleep at night due to them practicing every night to do so. Remember the key is to get your body asleep while your mind is still awake and focused. DO THIS when you first wake up. Its a 100x more easier since your body is already asleep and relaxed. You dont have to do it immediately when you wake up. You have about an hour upon awakening before your body becomes fully awake. Good luck and hope this helps most of you.

Don't stress out...I'm here too...I never astral project myself in this lifetime but I continuous to live through...here's an advise...spiritually everyone loves you as one...everyone cares about you...your Higher Self is always with you watching you...you just have to fight to get away from the 3rd dimension where we hurt ourselves so much in this illusion...once you start meditate daily a lil bit by watching your breath you'll see and feel the highest love every imagine...we're all here for a reason...we're meant to start our lives only after the 5th dimension where our higher self resides...he's waiting us there to answer all questions and for that you can realize everything you wish deeply my friend Soul

Susannah your videos are a God send. I started using them for astral projection and lucid dreaming but I also suffer from depression and anxiety and now I use your videos to calm down from panic attacks and anxiety especially when I need to go to sleep. So some crazy stuff happened.. I lift out of my body, through my roof and then I'm standing, everything is white.. Nothing else around.. So I turn around and there's a lion, it seems calm and strange.. It said "You've a large part to play, now leave".. I fell through the floor and back into my body then woke up.. Now I'm freaked out lol

This actually worked! The first time I did it I was thinking too hard and couldn't relax. The second time, I completely let go. My body went completely numb and I could see patterns on my eyelids. Around 19 minutes, a hazy blue-purple little glob started to float around. That little glob extended all around my eyes and I could see the ceiling of my room with my eyes closed. I even lifted my finger into the air whilst my physical hand was completely still. The vision was blue and hazy but I could still move my eyes around and see the room. I snapped out of it though because my sister decided to rub ice on my face :(

I finally did it last night... Separated easily.. I'd woken up after being in a deep sleep and I was falling asleep again and I decided to just let my body fall asleep. I was able to astral travel after months of trying. And after months of listening to these meditations and different hypnosises... I found this easy during the sleep paralysis stage.. I walked around my room before I decided to Bob up through the roof.. I touched a leaf in thr tree above my house and then I thought to come back and I was.. It was incredible and no where near as hard as id been thinking

I been using your videos every evening for the last 5 weeks, I get a good night s sleep every night now. I even woke up at 2am the other morning, realized I wasn't going to fall back asleep so I pulled my lap top over put in my ear buds, turned on your video again and off to La La land. Thank you very much, I simply love these videos.
