If you don't astral project the first time you listen to this, just know that you have still meditated and that is the beginning stages to astral projection. So keep practicing and relax, have no fear, it will happen.

I listened to this entire video last night on LSD and had the most intense OBE/astral projection/met with my higher self/guardian angel type craziness/re-acquired knowledge of self and found what it truly means to be one with all that is. After I came back my mind had such a hard time comprehending the experience that I was truthfully convinced that I had died and crossed into the "afterlife" because the feeling of being so free and joyful was so immense. I will never lose this, I will never be the same again. Thank you whoever created this.

After 3-4 weeks of practicing I can finally do it and it's the most beautiful thing in this whole world I got to see my aunt who passed away back in January and I got to see a friend of mine who passed away last year OMG I went to several places and I flew so fast it's crazy in a great way thank you Susannah for this guided meditation the astral will come to me in due time but at least I can finally project now thank you!!!

As soo. as i get close to leaving my body i get so excited and anxious and my heart bests fast and i get scared and open my eyes. i need to learn to remain calm

A tip for beginners- if you’re really struggling to get past the first phase (vibrational state- leaving your body) I strongly recommend the following:

Have your room set to a COOL temperature
Invest in a weighted blanket, weight suitable to you.
A comfortable eye mask that blocks out ALL light. I recommend a spa mask that has tiny bean filling. It seals light out amazing.
And finally and very important! Ear buds that you can wear through the night comfortable that seal out sound 100% you can find many options on amazing.
** Do not sleep with AirPods or similar in your ears. It is dangerous, and can damage hearing and other harmful effects**

Man i love this, listen to a lot of these meditations and this is the best, from the calmness of her voice, the music, the whole story of the lake etc, but especially the bells, love that timed 'ding' every 30 seconds, don't know why.

It seems like most people's heart rates speed up the closer they get, why is that? Simply excitement or something else?

My mind slowly began to drift away and back again and my HEART began to beat ridiculously fast, my body felt like it was floating at least several inches above my normal one and I got tingles starting from my toes and it spread through my whole body, it was very tingly and my breathing became shorter! I didn't get to do it as I got too excited/freaked out and jumped out my bed and ran down stairs to tell everyone! This was my first time and it was great lol I'll be trying this again tomorrow, great video btw

7 years ago, I had my first long lucid dream after listening to this. Now I have 2 lucid dreams every week and am using them to do shadow integration and spiritual practice!Thank you for the audio. It opened a door for me.

okay and for some reason, when i feel like my body is detaching, my real body keeps moving involuntarily. like when i feel my arms detach, my real arms start to lift up in the real world without me doing it.
