I think the majority of all the things you said like journaling, finding a hobby (like mma or BJJ to be fit), getting outside and exercising or just doing something for myself is kind of hard for me and I am also an introvert and I feel like I’m always getting judge by people and even with friends and I just get scared of hanging out with them because I feel like they will say something behind my back. I am now 19 and stuck because I tried going to a university and Idk if it wasn’t for me or what but now I am back home and I feel so stuck in my life and I don’t know what to do and I am scared that I will get too selfish and my parents or someone will tell me that I change and for some reason I will feel bad for changing even though I shouldn’t be feeling bad for changing myself if it makes me feel good 🍋
