Meditate like your life depends on it, specially walk meditation. For those who say meditation does not work for them, I gave up on it like 7 times before I became addicted to walk/laughing meditation.

I think that if you have a good relationship with your parents and or grandparents every time they leave or go somewhere or you leave or go somewhere tell them that you love them because you don’t want the last thing that you said to them to be “goodbye” or something just in case it’s your last time speaking to them. I learned this the hard way.

Great tips! If you’re not feeling inspired, one of the best ways to start is by watching motivational videos of people such as: Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, and Les Brown.

But you can’t get motivated sometimes by just sitting around, and do nothing - you have to get your body moving!

Because, how you feel at a particular moment is all controlled by your emotions, and if you want to change it, you have to start moving - because as Tony Robbins says: “Motion creates eMotion.”

By changing your physiology, the way you move, so does your mental state!

I think it depends on how you live your life. You have to eat healthy that's obvious. To be kind to yourself to love yourself evidently, to be kind, to treat others with respect, to have the inability to hate, you don't need to workout but do need to maintain an active lifestyle. You don't need to bodybuild. You do need to go for a walk a swim if you know how to swim. Live stress free. And not waste your whole life working yourself to death
