I started my journey last week.I have to lose 15Kg. I ve already lost 20 in the past and now that's the last and hardest step to reach my final goal.I just want to feel confident and be able to wear everything I want without being ashamed for my body.Somehow I now find it so hard to lose the last 15Kg but you are inspiring me so much and I am trying step by step to go further...Thank you very much Lucy.

I'm glad you chose to have the social media mindset you have. If you kept looking at people who didn't motivate you we wouldn't have this amazing content.
Some of the advice you give has been said by thousands of other influencers but your delivery is amazing in comparison to the masses (well to me at least).

Last year I finally hit my goal weight and I felt so good! But of course I ended up with a major hip injury and gained back all of the weight and bad habits. Now that I can move without being in pain I am trying to get back where I was. Thanks for your videos! They have been very motivational and helpful getting back on track.

I’m a senior in college and I have a lot of reading for my classes so I listen to the ebook during the day and go on a walk. Really nice use of the time :) love the video!

Great video! For me my (large and active) dog is my life saver, no time to be lazy -not even one day. Helps me so much to get outdoors and have a schedule, he helps me clear my mind and is my best friend❤️

Love your totally normal common sense approach - you never shame or berate people for not sticking to a certain plan, it’s always super positive and encouraging! Too many industries have sneaky interests, and not enough people are like you and have that impartial caring attitude. ❤️ you can inspire so many people to get started without all the pressure! Get outdoors more! Man I love all the outdoors activities too...right now all of the forest fire smoke from the western US is accumulating in Vancouver and our air quality is 10+, with advice to close all the windows and stay inside. Man now that's demotivating. Making lemonade out of lemons though and doing some workout videos I haven't done in a while :)
