The best thing I did was uninstall Facebook. I never had Twitter, & it's amazing how peaceful & productive I've started being. Social media really sucks the life out of our minds.

One of my healthiest habits has to be practising the healing art of FOREST BATHING. Walking beneath the forest canopy, feeling the cool earth of the forest floor beneath my feet, the sunlight dappled in the trees, the warmth of the sun on my face, breathing in all that is good, exhaling all that no longer serves me, feeling the tension in my body slowly release and a calm wash over me, the sense that this is where I belong. There's nothing quite like it.

You should do a podcast and I swear by the moon and the stars I would listen to it every early morning while sipping my green tea and life is good🧘‍♀️💫

Something that I find really beneficial for wellness is doing "morning pages", three pages of unfiltered, stream of consciousness style writing. 💜

Reducing news and social media intake might be one of the most important things on this list for this year in particular 😂 I have done the same thing myself and have found the benefits only increase. Thanks for this thoughtful, informative video.

You're an inspiration. Taking baby steps over here to be better to my body. I had a salad for breakfast and water. I watch your videos because your voice is so sweet and soft relaxes me. Ive had a bad day yesterday had a fight with my sister. Between being a caregiver for my dad and a mom i enjoyed listening to you in my downtime thank you for your videos.

I really love your videos (and your voice is so calming). Simple living is so easy, actually. Thanks for reminding me today, to keep cutting back and staying away from processed foods, as much as possible. Just removed the tortillas and other processed foods on the list a going to order at the end of this month and added some of the good stuff. I know it’s better and making things like bread or tortillas/wraps is not that hard. And it’s cheaper too.
