Some people love it? I’ve lost 145 pounds in a year and didn’t exercise. Still ate proteins and veg to my heart’s content. But the strictest no sugar no processed shitty carbs regime known to man for a year. It should be the only protocol. And I’ve kept it off now for 6 months and counting. Now lifting and adding cardio for strength and endurance.

I do keto for the most part, and I've noticed i have more endurance when distance running than when I've been eating carbs and sugar all week. The fats are a much more enduring fuel source

I ate carbs, walked a lot and still was able to lose weight. Calories in versus calories out is the only thing that matters when it comes to weight loss.

I’m 255 down from 330 pounds. I started walking 20 minutes a day, increased my water intake (because I wasn’t drinking water), I lowered my crabs intake from 2500 to 500-700 carbs a day. I walked before I even started to hit the gym. I did this for the first two months. I lose a total of 75 pounds. My goal is to get to 240.

Eat whatever you want but stay away from sugars and processed food. Hike, swim, ride a bike atleast 30min a day. Live in the moment.

Sometimes it takes more thought than "calories in calories out"... there is no such thing as "one size fits all"... that's why there are so many ideas about what works and what doesn't. Been there, done that... so many plateaus, so little answers...
