as a student i agree that intermittent fasting works. I lost 10lbs in like 2 months by not eating food after 6pm and before 9am.

For me it has been a journey. I have learned that It starts with the mind. Learn to accept uncomfortable feelings and understand that they will pass. Enjoy yourself. Enjoy your own presence. Most of us are over eating because we are trying to feel satisfied. Always reaching for a fleeting emotion. Then we beat ourselves up when we fail. This is the cycle that keeps you in it. Breaking the cycle is possible. It takes work. Just like everything in life. We still have to find what satisfies us. We run around trying everything and nothing really satisfies us. Well once you learn it's not external. Stop looking. Stop Thinking about finding it. You are it. Accept it. Breathe a sigh of relief. Close your eyes and listen to the sounds around you, breathe, and feel it. Just let it happen. Give in to the moment. FEEL, BE.
