Thank you for the information! I have a few questions:
1) I heard that doing cardio after strength training is better than before so the muscles won’t tire but doing it on a separate day is better. Is that true?
2) Can I only do strength training 3x a week and the 4th day I would only like to do pilates/cardio + core ?
3) Is doing cardio once a week sufficient if I close to my ideal weight and I only want to lose belly fat?

I'm pretty slim and I only have belly fat I weigh 135, what can I do, i walk 18, 000 to 22, 000 steps 5 days a week. Whst should I do to get rid of lower belly pouch, when I lay down it isn't visible but when I sit up or on my side its visible what should I do?

Brian this comment has nothing to do with this video but I’m getting no response from the email you provided, in which I needed one question answered. I purchased the 6 Week Challenge and reviewed it entirely (other than the details of every meal day), however I noticed for the 24 hour fast it doesn’t mention water. Do we drink water or not? I know it will be a personal choice but it would be nice to see it that small detail mentioned for those who want to follow this plan verbatim. Thanks
