hello sir i am 15 years old..my weight was 57 kg...so i reduced it to 50 I took good exercise and diet.. and I don't get regular periods docrtor said that your body is not getting enough food.. so i started eating normally.. then my weight increased by 7 kg in a month... What's up..😭😭😭
