Anxiety, fear and stress can be contagious. Pausing for a few minutes of presence can quiet and clear your mind. Many events, like the current coronavirus pandemic, are out of our control. Regular meditation calms our mind and body. Mindful meditation can also boost immunity. Studies show that people who practice mindfulness are less likely to get sick and, if they become sick, tend to be sicker for shorter times.

These meditations will help you cope with stress created by these pandemic events and boost your immune system health. We're all in this together; we can overcome our challenges together. This 10-minute meditation focuses on breath awareness and uses guided visualization to increase calm. Regular practice of meditation can help you to connect with your inner calm so that being calm, centered and grounded becomes how you feel more often.

On days when I'm very busy, I squeeze in 10 or 15 minute meditations. This keeps my practice consistent and makes all the difference. When you meditate, what's the ideal length of time for you? I'd love to know.

Felt more calmer and at peace with my thoughts. Having a hard time sleeping these past few days cause of all the thoughts that is running through my head, but now i feel way more relaxed and calm. So thank you for this video! :)
