this was my 25th barre video i’ve done and BY FAR my favorite! stretches in between, perfect balance of difficult but enjoyable, text instead of a voiceover, etc thank you for making this!

Just did this as part of the Saturday workout routine, and when I first did the V sit and saw it was only for 30 seconds and I was thinking this isn't a Rachel workout and then right after that came the pulses and then I said oh now it is. All the workouts that have this exercise is at least for 45 seconds or more. Thoroughly enjoyed the routine.

This was my first time doing a barre workout and I'm in love 😍 I really don't like doing cardio or anything that makes my heart beat so fast😭 i know it is important your cardiovascular health but i really hate it😭 I enjoy these type of slow burn(?) excercises more. Thank you for this wonderful workout💜💜

Hey Rachel! That's a fantastic workout, I liked it a lot! You look fabulous and the exercises are great, too. So you should really record more of them! I also love that you included some push-ups because many girls tend to avoid them. Just out of curiosity, is there a special reason why you're doing the push-ups on your knees? Or are you just not yet strong enough for the "full" ones? Anyway, keep up the great work!

loved this video! i rly liked the stretches in between some of the more intense sets. i also rly loved how the music winded down at the end.
