Its amazingly weird how this video recieved so few likes compared to the people who really watched this. I mean like, why? I've been fretting about the fact that i cant go out to run & then jog for HIIT but this video showed me HIIT that is perhaps much more intense, can be done at the comforts of home, & that too, within just 10 minutes. This video deserves a 100 000+ likes! Love it! Keep it up!

day 13 finished!! seeing and feeling results. i LOVE it! i accidentally missed a day this week due to my hectic and horrible day but im going to do that on this next 'rest' day coming up. legs and butt is easy for me anyways =p thanks again so much, i love not only am i getting in shape again but im building up a habit!

I just had a baby December 26th and I've been doing this workout since the DR cleared me for exercise. Not only has this been an effective workout, I feel amazing in my own post baby body.
