I tried this workout about a year ago for 30 days and I saw amazing results. Tomorrow I'm going to challenge myself into trying it again for 3 weeks (21 days, everyday).
My current measurements are:
Left thigh 61 cm and 50 above the knee
Right thigh 61 cm and 49 above the knee
Butt 100cm
I am going to measure myself once a week . Can't wait to see the results 🤩

Thanks, I've already lost 4lbs and I'm going on my 3rd week! I never thought I would've been able to get past 3 days but I'm still going strong. I love the fact that this routine is so short, but yet very effective.

I did this a few months back and after the 30 days, I honestly noticed a HUGE difference. My thighs had never been smaller, and I had a small thigh gap. I mixed this workout with some pilates videos and a very healthy vegetarian diet. I felt amazing. Now I'm coming back to this workout because out of everything I've tried it makes me sweat the most, and it is the most effective.

I've been doing this for a month and I'm just finishing up with some days that I missed and I can honestly say I'm am noticing a huge huge difference! I was so insecure about wearing jeans because I had no thigh gap and I felt my legs were quite chubby but now I'm getting one and I can confidently walk around in jeans which is fab! THANK YOU so much, I'm going to carry on for another month till I get that full thigh gap. Definitely recommend! :) xx

Wow, that was amazing. You were reading my mind as I was working out. I lost 9 lbs in 4 wks...doing Intermittant Fasting 18/6 and this workout is a great asset for me. And I am 55! ❤
