Hey guys here’s a quick 5 min morning routine to lose belly fat. Super basic
exercises that you can do at home as soon as you wake up. You don’t need
any equipment at all just a mat on the floor so you won’t hurt your back.

I watch you man from 2 years consistent, and it's my 8th month of daily workout of about 2 hours and I do about 60 different veriations of different things for chest legs and abs ... 450 push ups every night it's awesome to see myself in the mirror
