Just found her video today. I’ve re-done this 2 times today (all 5 exercises). I started off at 105.8 pounds, and after the second video i was 105.6 pounds. This is so exciting!!!

These 5 ab workouts are so simple yet I can feel it working as I do them. I’m so happy to have found you and I will continue to try these everyday going forward and I hope and pray I see my tummy start to flatten some because it’s the biggest I’ve ever been. This seems perfect for me to start with. These exercises (as simple as they seem) got my heart rate up #3 was surprising challenging . I did 2 sets today & am making a commitment to do this everyday . Thank you =)

I’m an 86 yr old male and find these the most accessible fitness videos within my abilities. Natasha is delightful. The filming is excellent. I don’t wear dresses! but I welcome having a small waistband.

I have to say, I love this video! I have fibromyalgia and a chronic bad bad back, so it is hard to find belly fat excersises that I don't hurt myself doing. I am excited because this is so doable!
