Get strong and confident with this 30 Minute dumbbell workout! Burn Fat and build muscle when you do this workout.

Every time you pick up the weights and challenge yourself in a new way, you are giving yourself the opportunity to see how much of a strong and resilient person you are. Use this workout to start or end your day and you will feel a huge difference in your sense of accomplishment and self-esteem.

Dumbbells used:
1 Set of 8lbs
1 Set of 2lbs
*you may use any set available to you but I suggest using these two sizes at a beginner to intermediate level as we do a lot of volume (reps) in this workout. If you feel more advanced or would like to challenge yourself, use heaver sets. If you dont have weights at all you can try the workout with what you have available to you in your home or do it body weight!*

After you complete this workout, hydrate as much as you can and perhaps even have a protein rich snack or meal to help with muscle synthesis. When you do any type of resistance training, your body tears and breaks down the muscle during exercise, and its the recovery that helps build it back up stronger, so make sure to take your recovery and nutrition seriously to see great results.

I lost my husband on the 27th of July, I had to move his clothes out of the house and I couldn’t let go of his favorite shirts but they don’t fit. Came across this channel by mistake 2 weeks ago and I have been working out consistently since then. All I want to do is to be able to wear his shirts.
Working out with Jo makes me feel like I have a workout partner, I always look forward to it

I’m sweating, what a great workout! I did it at my own, slower pace (I’m 224 pounds) but still felt the burn! Thank you for making this video!

3 days, in weighing in at 150 pounds. My goal is to reach 120 pounds.

Update: 6 months in and I’m weighing in at 115 pounds! Thanks Jo ❤ New goal: 110 (average weight for my height)

Been doing her workouts for a little over a month. She is motivating and I have been able to stay consistent with her workouts. I do want to add I worked out almost everyday prior to starting her videos. But I think the enjoyment is what did the trick because I am down 18" (full body) and 12lbs. 50 more lbs to reach my goal. I feel so much stronger too. I went from averaging 10k steps to 20k steps a day. 💪

Sooo, I started doing your workouts again a week ago. Went to buy some new slacks Sat, took them back Mon b/c I can't keep them upon my waist. One week of consistent workouts and eating healthy and I already see results. I literally wake up and pick out my workout for the evening for me to do with YOU!!! 47 and mom of 2 boys and I am finally moving out my size 12's and getting this c-section pooch down.. love you girl ❤️

god this was so intense, i´ve been doing dumbell workouts of 40 to 60 min but i could barely follow this, i couldn´t even stand without trembling at the end of this workout, i managed to finish it and i feel so strong and proud of myself, thank u jo for making me think that workouts are fun again

Grow with Jo is legit a lifesaver as a mama with 3 kids 3 and under❤ I play her videos on half the screen while my kids are watching their movie on the other half the screen, and I always get my steps in for the day no matter what! She’s a prime example to us all- that we can be moms that are still fit and seggys 😅🔥💪 #selflovetime

HEAR ME OUT. I've been working out with Jo's videos since June. 4 months now. Apart from losing more than 7kg of weight and gaining a ton of muscle mass, I've just discovered THIS IS THE BEST FULL BODY DUMBELL WORKOUT. I'm dead and I appreciate it. Going to do a quick dance workout to complete it with some cardio and done for the day! Absolutely amazing!

I have done your lower belly workout for only 3 days! And already, I've lost 2 inches off my waist! Girl, my back fat has diminished! I have hit a plateau with my other workouts and you are exactly what I needed! I went from about 42 inch waist, and I'm down to 39.5! Jo!!!! I’m 52 years old and was scheduled to get plastic surgery. A month before the date they called and said I had too much belly fat and would have to do two separate procedures. I decided to focus on getting my mind right by enjoying the journey of eating healthy and consistent exercise. Surgeries cancelled (for now) so that I can become my best self. I can fit back into my clothes again (this belly fat doesn’t want to let me go but I’m not giving up 😂 THANK YOU JO for being an integral part of my journey. ❤
