14 Day No-Jumping Weight Loss Workout Challenge

When you need to perform at home exercises to lose weight, it's not really necessary to perform exercises where you need to jump. There are a lot of body-weight exercises you can do to burn fat without the need to jump!

These exercises are included in this 2-week weight loss challenge and is recommended for more advanced and physically active individuals who are looking for a more intense workout session to replace the gym.

This workout challenge must be done everyday for the next 14 days so make sure that you're not only willing to do this one time but everyday until you see results! You also need to watch what you eat in order to see better results. Good luck and let's get started!❤️💪

Since 10 days, I am following Roberta's gym but I was not able to complete the full workout because I used to get tired but today when she said "Workout completed" that feeling was a different feeling! Thank you so much Roberta's gym.❤️

This workout is great for beginners!
I did this workout today together with the flat tummy workout.
Additionally, I skipped the breaks / did some fast steps in-between exercises.
Two little Tips for People who are trying this: Do not stop moving when you take a break and focus on your breathing while doing the exercises :)

This channel is very helpful. By following this workout for 1 hour, I lost 20 kg in 6 month with healthy diet... and nowadays i suggest this channel everyone who wants to burn their fat. Thank you roberta 😊

When I start exercising my belly was 36 now after 5days with 15days intermittent fasting I am 😊😊😊 33 but today I am really hurt for 1thing. 6month ago I had a C-section surgery that's why today I have a little bleeding so I need to stop this exercise for someday but really this is amazing to me. and my mom also trying it. This exercise is really so much effective I have ever seen. I prefer my relatives and friends to try it. Thank you so much Roberta ❤

Thank you so much Roberta. I didn't check my weight. But my dress sizes had changed from XL to L in 14 days. I didn't change my diet plan but I sincerely followed the exercise plan without fail. I'm so happy for myself...❤

Ok guys. Here's the report. First day it hurts, and I couldn't finish the 2nd set. Next day it hurts again but I finish the whole work out. Third day I am good to go and now I am doing this work out for the last 10 days religiously without fail. It feels so good to see the work out success trophy in the end 💪🙌😇 . Just loving it and feel stronger and motivated each passing day. By the way, I had lost hope and life felt so meaningless after I lost my dearest pet Molly ( Beautiful 7.5 year old Lab) two months ago. And this workout has helped me a lot to gain back all the confidence and look at the brighter side of life. Thank you Roberta. Love from India ❤🌹 🙂

Day 1 : lasted till 20 minutes, sweating a little, feels good already.
Day 2 : did the full workout, my body feels really good, there was a bit muscle pain . Overall amazing process

Hello everyone ! First of all just love your body no matter what, looks and scales don’t matter as long as you are happy, comfortable and healthy.
I’m starting a small one month challenge because I’ve been feeling a little bad in my body lately so i want to become healthier and lose some weigh. I’m 76kg (167, 55 pounds) and would really like to get to 60-65kg hopefully by the end of the year. Wish me luck ! I’m doing this workout as long as another one of her videos everyday. For the food i’m just stopping sodas, junk food and trying to eat less carbs and more vegetables /protein (nothing too strict). Will keep you updated each week !
