Roll out your mat and join me for a 40 Minute Intermediate Pilates full body workout to ease your mind, stretch and strengthen your body. Find Your Inner Peace by taking time out to take of your body with this pilates flow class created to challenge you, improve your cardiovascular health, muscle tone, strength and, most importantly of all help you feel amazing in your own skin. A great session if you're looking for a session that brings you calm in both mind and body. I'll give you options and you choose what feels right for you. This workout will feature exercises from the Warm Up, Beginner and Intermediate Pilates Chapters from my book which you can find out more about below ⬇️

As this is a live class I will join you afterwards for the Live Chat where you can ask me anything. This is a great opportunity to get tips and tricks to help you with your practice at home.

Loved this one! I am 67 but did it all. I need to be challenged! Monday’s class was also fab as was the Diastases one. It was great to go back to plevic floor and core basics

Great workout Rachel, really enjoyed it. Nice to have a good stretch my way back into the sessions after a couple of weeks off in the South of Italy where it was just to hot to do anything, even though I took my little book with me!. Thank you as always you are brilliant. 🤩
