Just remember folks if your body fat is too high no matter how much ab workouts you’re gonna do you won’t have abs you’re core will be super strong but you’ll still have a layer of fat I recommend swimming, jumping rope or Highest incline at a consistent pace (ex: 3mph) and walking for 30 min minimum you’ll be simulating a hike and your overall body fat should get reduced remember 30% is working out and 70% is diet no sugars ! Only natural sugars from fruits and you can eat what you like just keep between 1500-2200 and you’ll see results in no time🙏🏼 good luck to everyone’s journey

Scicors kick or flaters kicks use pillow under your glutes..its burn 5 time more .you can make it harder if you trying use both feet together up and down.
