If you're looking for a simple home routine you can do to get the famous "six pack" abs then this is the program you should be doing!

Contains simple exercises you can do in your free time, to tone your Abs muscles and get them well-defined.

Please follow this workout with the same speed as the trainer, and don't rush ahead.

Also, remember you need to exercise 5-6 days per week for 3-4 weeks to get good results and take pictures with your abdominal lines :)

I’m beginning to see a difference!!! It’s been 2 weeks and there starting to form. I’m so happy. Just got to be cautious to not eat the whole house while we’re on quarantine. Edit: it’s been 4 weeks and It’s forming slowly! I love it . Thanks Roberta Gym!

I've been doing these exercises for over a year now. I did this video every twice a week and omg my body is in beautiful shape :) also quarantine is here so I'mma be doing double the work now :)

I started workout yesterday.
Day 1: done
