Warming up is so important! It helps reduce the risk of overstretching a muscle and causing injury. This is a quick, yet effective warm-up routine that you can complete before a workout session or longer yoga flow. Save this video so you can come back to it often! :)

I did a pretty intense workout early in the mornong without stretching and boy did i feel the repurcussions after. Went two days not being able to workout because of that. Day 3 and im still tight and sore but this workout significantly loosened my muscles and gave me a good stretch. Saving this so i can do this everyday!

This was significantly challenging (there were some poses I couldn’t really do properly) but definitely one of the best pre-workout stretches I’ve seen!

I love this so much. It was so relaxing, and the transitions between the poses allowed me to easily find the right form for each pose. I never had to doubt my form. And I feel very stretched out. This was a really good yoga flow.

It’s been about a month since I’ve worked out or done yoga (normally I would do yoga and then a workout every morning) and this was definitely a bit more intense than I’m used too but this is what I have been lookin for, deeper stretches! I feel awesome right now

This was great. I really like that you do the speaking and yoga separately so that you're concentrating on performing the moves but able to fully explain them.
