This is a 20 minute gentle evening yoga practice to help you fall and stay asleep. If you've been battling insomnia, this yoga practice will calm your mind and prepare your body for rest.

This yoga for insomnia practice is just what you need for a relaxing and uninterrupted night of deep sleep. Grab a pillow off your bed, or you could even do this yoga practice in bed if you prefer.

I was so hoping that you’d do a practice for insomnia and this one is perfect! Your morning routines are fantastic for improving mobility and sorting out aches and pains but I love winding down with your relaxing practices before bed too. Thank you as always!

So wonderful. The cross leg leaning forward totally relaxed me. I like th tricvk with the hands, too. Nothing like a stretch, to enable full relaxation. Your calm voice also helped. Many thanks.

I've been doing this bedtime practice for 2 weeks straight every night before bed and it's the best! It's helped me so much and I wake up with a lot less pain in the morning (chronic back pain). Thank you, Joelle! 💜
