Namaste. Getting comfortable and practicing effortlessly is only partially available to me. Whenever there are things mentioned that are not available to me such as getting comfortable and resting deeply there arises a frustration that I work with by going into the body. The accumulative benifits of the rotation of consciousness are slowly seeping into my system and making the practice more efforless.

Thank you Ally! I’m in YNTT module 1. I was feeling agitated today and this practice helped me release and go deep. I love the language of “the thought of where your body ends” and “the perceived density of the body”. I have known intellectually that this is illusion for years but yoga nidra is the first practice that has consistently helped me feel this. Namaste.
