I have not sleep well since I quit drinking alcohol and taking anxiety pills.... I think this actually helped me get a bit of sleep... The ocean sound is key

This is so good for those mornings when I wake up a couple of hours before my alarm. Normally I'd never get back to sleep and just have to get up but even if I don't fall asleep listening to this the rest is real

I have insomnia at the moment and the furthest I have gotten through this without falling asleep is about 15 mins. This really does work! Thanks Ally for sharing this benifical and healing practise! 🙏🏻☺️

The first few times I tried this I was asleep in less than 10 minutes. Last night (@ 3am) I was able too go deeper... Had some awesome dreams and woke up energized and with a great attitude! I'm 67 and really understand the value of a good night's sleep. You have greatly improved my quality of life. I can't thank you enough!

I’m very glad I found this and so grateful you made it! I love the quiet tone of your voice and the interesting way you set up the yoga nidra, not just starting randomly (I always felt) at the right hand thumb. It was 7 am when I found it and it helped me relax after a night of horrible insomnia. Tonight I’m going to listen again and every night when I feel like this. 🙏 thank you
