Do this 15 minute yoga to feel your best throughout the day or! anytime of the day. It also makes for a great morning yoga class. This sequence has various poses to help release tension and challenging transitions to help build strength and release those feel good endorphins. This is an all levels yoga class however every body is unique and should modify or skip any poses if need be.

Bird, you are the reason why I'm into yoga, there was a day in which I was feeling too stressed and sad, to do something with it I decided to explore yoga and one of your videos came up in YouTube, and it was a life changing experience due to the kind messages you always share in your videos, I felt safe, I felt that I had finally a place to go to heal my self and learnt to not feel guilty for taking time to just be, I have now a year practicing yoga, and it always feels good to be here and to hear your embracing words to continue day by day, thank you so much, lots of blessings ❤️🙏🏻

I don't know if it is the tone of your voice, the order of the stretches and positions, or because you are a 12 on a scale 1-10; but it is so easy to log in and do 2-3 videos every morning. You are a life changer Bird, thank you.

I decided to start trying daily yoga, just 5mins a day, which is how I found your videos. I always felt so refreshed and energized afterwards. Several months later and I am doing 15min videos each morning. It's the part of my morning I look forward to the most. Thank you for your awesome flows, your encouragement, and your plethora of videos. I am amazed that I haven't repeated any of your videos yet!
