Join me for a 20 minute Morning Pilates Full Body Workout taught live. This mixed ability routine will strengthen the core and release a tight back. Ideal if you have back ache, back pain or stiffness and feel the need to strengthen your abdominals. A perfect session for all ages and a great routine to condition the body for sport without putting the joints under pressure. Come and see what a quick yet focused pilates session can do for you.

After the session I stay online for 20 mins to do a Live Q & A where you can ask me anything! Pilates related of course. I give tips, advice and welcome the same from you. Our community is about taking care of each other, helping each other grow in wellbeing and wisdom and enjoying our fitness.

Great stretches in all the right places. Confession: after 3 years I still cannot do a roll down /roll up from the floor. But I modify and know my core is still challenged

Your videos are like taking painkillers for my lower back! My chiropractor tells me that if all his patients actually did the physical work-outs, yoga, Pilates and walking that I do he'd make a lot less money. Thank-you.

Wonderful stretch. Some moves are not available to me due to arthritis in my upper spine. I just adapt. ❤
