Hey lidi! I'm 18 y/o and it's been over a month since I've been following your pilates workouts and trust me I absolutely loved it ❤
Used to hate working out back then bcz of how intense they're. Felt trash abt my body and myself after failing to do workouts. But now I enjoy each and every moment and keep telling myself to jus "trust the process"

I’ve done this workout a few times now and every time, it leaves me feeling SO good. Not only do I feel a nice, gentle burn from the workout, I also feel so stretched out and comfortable once it’s done. Thank you so much!

Thank you for adding verbal cues, I stopped doing the videos for a bit because as a beginner I was missing those cues and found it hard to follow. Needless to say I am now back! :)
