Even though this is a morning class I've just done it after work and found it perfect for stretching out my achy back and leg muscles. 😊 Just what I was looking for Isa thank you. I even did the teaser at the end, something I would not have been able to achieve a few weeks ago. Thanks to your pilates classes my core has greatly improved 👍😁🙌.
