Join me for a 30 minute CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your sweat on! Get ready for a super fun and high intensity routine. We will be jumping, but I'll provide low impact modifications throughout. We'll be moving the the beat of the music which will make it fly by! There are zero floor exercises, no squats or lunges. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Thank you for your inspiration! Every time you say "you got this" I dig harder! In my 20's I loved myself enough to take care of myself and eat well and exercise. I got into an emotionally abusive relationship and stopped caring for myself. 20 years later I found myself 120 pounds heavier and unhappy with myself. I still have a long way to go, but I'm down 42 pounds and I now love myself enough again to keep going!!

I hurt my shoulder and has been prescribed to stop basically everything I do, because they all include putting weight on my arm... So, thank you very much for providing good cardio workouts without planks, burpees and the like ! It gives me a chance to stay active without impeding my healing !

For those of us who are very active, I think it would be great to have an "extreme" cardio workout wrist free !

Thank you for adding the low impact modification! It helped me so much to complete the workout and be able to do the modifications where jumping hurts my knees. Love your workouts and the fact that you don't waste a bunch of time talking and we get right to it! :)

Thank you for mixing in less intense moves so I can actively catch my breath. It made switching from 20 to 30 minutes workouts much less daunting than I thought <3

Absolutely kicked my ass and I am dropping sweat! I was able to do the whole thing without modifying which tells me I have been holding back in my other cardio routines and can push myself more. Would absolutely love more videos like these! I can’t do burpees with good form and I want to feel challenged but able 😊

I really loved this workout. I personally don’t mind squats and lunges. I just need all standing workouts that show the low impact options. I do a combination of both the high impact and low impact throughout the workout. You’re one of the only people I’ve found who shows what to do for low impact and I really appreciate that!

I adore the cardio HIIT workouts! I'm in the stage of my weight loss journey where I have to get some weight off and stamina up. I love the strength training, but I love to focus on aerobics most days of the week. I'm between the modifications and the moves you do on some and I love how you encourage throughout the workout to make it our own.

I'm on the downhill slide to being 70 and can no longer do the jumping and I am so happy you showed the low impact version. Would love to see more of this kind of video as it is my goal to the whole workout. Thanks for all your hard work.

I haven't done a full 30 minutes of cardio in a while. This was a great video to reunite myself with longer intervals of it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love all of your content and I like that you talk us through it, not like most other fitness instructors on here.

Mikala, I love your passion and love for fitness! You really inspire me. You are the first online fitness instructor that I could stick to so far. You dance to the rhythm, you are fun, you are cute, you really think with the audience's mind and what I love the best is that you have a low-impact option on your videos! So far I could do only low impact since I left out so many years after my child was born and did nothing, especially after covid. But due to my health problems, I needed to do something and that's when I found your channel. Thank God! Keep up with the good work. :)

I love this workout great for a small space indoors and so variable keep doing what you do you are soo awesome and soo fun to work out with
