I started your 30 minute cardio workout and soon realised I wasn't up to it today (normally enjoy it), so switched to this one, which was ideal for where I am today. Been off blood pressure meds for 3 weeks using your videos, hibiscus (sorrel) tea, avocados, beetroots and a daily salad. Thanks so very much.

I found your workouts about two months back. I've been working out using YouTube videos for a couple of years, and when I first tried your video, which was an after dinner walk exercise, I wasn't quite used to my instructor who was so chatty 😅. However, I soon found your comments very motivating and since then, when I'm feeling unmotivated and tired, I find myself searching for your low impact workouts as your chats make the workout go so much faster and easier. Thanks so help in helping to keep me fit!

this is the first standing cardio workout I have done since toe fusion operation 13 weeks ago. I only had to adjust a little bit. I'm proud of myself to be able to do this. I have been doing the chair and mat exercises and some mobility ones thanks Caroline :)
