31 weeks preggo here. This is the only doable workout for me right now. Had fun doing it and was able to do finish it. Feeling accomplished ❤ Thank you for creating this. 😊

I’m a 20 year old mum & 8 weeks postpartum. I ran & exercised heavily before pregnancy & have mourned my old body & my old routine. I can honestly say this made me sweat so heavily whilst actually enjoying the workout. I was actually disappointed when it finished I was enjoying it so much! Your workouts will make this transition period actually bearable, thank you🥲

Love love love dance workouts. Eighteen weeks and just what I needed to get back into working out this week. I did this one twice in row as I promised myself I'd do 30 minutes today. It kicked my butt the first time, but had just the right amount of umph/flow to let me do it again. I love that the slower/easier comes toward the end and the faster/more difficult hits beginning/middle! Thank you!
