Hello. I'm from Hungary, 43 years old. I did the workout for ten weeks. My weight decreased by 8kg, and my blood pressure dropped from 160 Hgmm to 130 Hgmm. I didn't diet, only I did not eat sugary food, did not drink alcohol. For me this is very useful, I will continue. Thanks.

I thought Alex was popping in at the end to give kick us into high gear- I didn't realize the workout was over and she was starting the cool down. Time really flies with these workouts. I'm dripping in sweat and happy about it. Really never felt like this before with any other regular exercise but I've been doing these daily for 4 weeks now and I look forward to them every day. Thank you!

Just started doing these workouts with my 13-year old daughter now that our gym is closed due to COVID-19 pandemic. I just love them! I especially love the variety of low-impact workouts as I have joint issues. Love the workouts, love the energy, love the banter, love your faces! Thank you!!!!

افضل رياضة على الإطلاق استمررت به لمدة اكثر من شهرين فكانت نتائج جدا رائعة😊 🎉 كما انه ساعدني على خسر كثيرا من ترهلات ❤ واذا استمررت به فقط لمدة اسبوع فستلاحظ الفرق ايضا افضل فريق رياضة❤

The first time i tried this i had to stop the video at 8 minutes because i was out of breath and my lungs were burning and after plenty of trials, i am proud to say that i was able to finished the whole video without stopping and it feels GREAT!
im really glad this channel existed. this is by far my favorite channel out of all the many here in youtube. kudos

This works for me, my belly is shrinking some, and i feel lighter than i used to, i haven't weighed myself yet but i feel good. Been doing it for 3 months now, with different workouts .thanks @bodyproject

I discover TeamBodyProject starting January 1. I did exercise Monday to Friday for at least 1 hours since then ( in weekends I choose to do something light : stretching, yoga, pilates- short sessions, and then enjoying outside jumping the rope, playing tenis, anything that can make it fun but in the same time giving a break in the weekends for my body to recover). It's been 5 hard working months, interesting and proud times that I lost 30 kg. I also did intermitent fasting 16:8 as anyways I'm not hungry în the morning and got to the point where I consume 3+ liters of water that makes me feel very good (at first was very hard for me to consume even 1 liter but after few months you'll feel the need to drink more and more). Since March 21 I upgraded to their program and it's amazing. They have so many options-programs. You can keep track of your history and also is an entire community there. If you really want to lose weight, here you have all the tools.. Important is to truly want! Good luck to everybody. 🙂

I am glad I found this page! Other YouTube channels only let you see one video then you have to but the set and sadly I just dont have the money they ask for, Thank you! I hope to lose the baby weight soon!

I have been doing the lower impact since the pandemic, since my gym is closed they started being easy for me so I decided to do this one and booy did I not know what I was getting into! I’m surprised a lasted the whole time... definitely a good work out and will have you sweating in no time! I’ll be doing this from now on!

I started my weight loss journey on Feb 3rd 2020 weighing in at 190lbs. I have lost 20lbs so far! Dropped one size from XL to L and I have to say that a good chunk of my journey this far is dedicated to this video! I did stop working out to this video for a week but yesterday I went ahead and decided to work along with it and man oh man I never thought I would fly through this like I did! I was impressed with myself for how efficiently I got through this video. Yes I still worked out a sweat but man did it feel good to know how my body has been changing! "Progress not perfection!"
