ok this is gonna sound just a little silly but i teared up during this. i've been working so hard towards keeping my body in shape and sometimes it's hard to find the willpower. i kept stumbling during the dancing bits of this video and i kept telling myself it was because i was clumsy and overweight and uncoordinated. but, i pulled through! i kept pushing, and by the time it came to the cool down stretch, and the lead dancer reassured the audience that steps are steps no matter how small, and it felt so personal. thank you for making me smiles gals, this is such a wholesome form of self love and i'm excited to explore more videos 💗

My reaction to this work-out was so unexpected, I am crying. I am covered in sweat but my heart is filled with so much joy and I feel so grateful to have this body of mine, nothing at all as the beauty standards of our society but so amazing! I mean, I AM MOVING! Thank you a lot for this, your words encouraged me a lot and I will be coming back tomorrow to feel like this once again and everyday!

Very overweight and I'm a writer, so I'm mostly sitting down all day, plus I've been very sick with Crohns disease for the past year. I realized I need to get myself up and moving again and today was the first day. I can only do three minutes so far, which I know isn't a lot, but I'm doing it every 90 minutes plus some stretching. I'm hoping each day I can go a little more until I can do the whole thing and move on to the next. Very excited to start my journey!

I have struggled moving recently. My joints hurt, I’m still fairly young, in my late 20s and I have difficulties with my digestion and chronic conditions. This helped me move today, thank you so much. I’ve been trying so hard to get back into moving, I used to be very active and in the last few years, I have not had any willpower or motivation and stopped my body from moving completely. To my surprise, I am sweating a lot and I didn’t even realise until I finished the workout. Thank you again and everyone else’s comments helped & encouraged me today.

Thank you for your kind words at the end. This is the first time I’ve finished a workout in almost a year, due to severe mental health problems. Your kindness helped me expel my judgmental thoughts and make it all the way to the end, even though I was stumbling and had to slow down at many parts. Hopefully some time soon I’ll be healthy enough to give it my all the entire workout <3

l a am 42 with severe fibromyalgia and this workout is amazing. I feel great after doing this and I was able to keep up without causing any pain. I highly recommend this workout to anyone doing their best to stay in shape with medical issues....even those with none.

This was great. I really appreciated the way Deja explained each move before it came, so I wasn't completely lost at the transitions like I normally am.

Thank you for announcing what you’re going to do in enough time to switch gears!!! To many videos don’t and it gets frustrating. There’s always an assumption I’ve done that video enough to mimic no problems. Some people need the time to transition. Thank you again!!

Just in case you needed a reason to convince you to do this workout....I am disabled but I needed something low impact to do for exercise. Dancing is what I used to do, so I was excited when this said "low impact dance workout."
And it's absolutely perfect. I just finished the workout, and it wasn't too much for me, and they take little 8 count dance breaks that had me feeling like I was in my dance classes again. Thank you so much for providing the workout instruction I needed, but for also choosing an instructor like her. Her words of encouragement throughout the whole video hit home for me, and I feel confident to start on this journey of trusting my body again. Thank you so much. If your disabled or suffering with chronic illness then this is 10/10 the workout for you!

This video is so helpful. I have not worked out in about 2 1/2 years. Thanks for this video. Remember ladies, if you have not worked out in a while always start out with Low-Impact and work your way up way to medium and then high Impact. Keep working out ladies and strengthen those things that remain.

Mitzi, 30 minute low impact, best class out there for me. I am 68, in Heart Failure but your classes are muscle controlled and simple moves. I can control HR by arms. Thanks.

I have had ACL and meniscus surgery in both of my knees. This workout was perfect: low impact on my joints, but lovely speed up of the heart rate 💜 Thank you Deja
