New Packages available:
I offer 2 Zoom Live stream classes a week ($5 a class thru Paypal, Zelle or Venmo).
Tuesdays @ 10:30 AM EST - Basic Zumba , low impact, no jumping (1 hr) followed by 15 min of toning,
Thursdays @ 10:30 AM EST - Low Impact Dance/Toning ( 45 min of cardio followed by 15 of toning)

Class Options

Option 1: 8 Live Zoom classes plus a Live stream subscription - $35

Option 2: 6 Live Zoom classes plus a Live stream subscription - $25

Option 3: Live stream subscription only - $15

Option 4: Pay as you go for a live class -$5

Live stream subscription:
Access to the Google drive folder will be sent out at the start of the month.
You will have access to the latest class before end of day on the day of the class.

For all options, payment must be made before class and the password will be emailed to you.

Old here, arthritic knee, unlovely feet...and for 30 minutes years lifted away. I live alone, so no one was watching me dance and this was fun! Also appreciated the "no talkies" beyond the reminders about water. Thanks!

I am 70 years old and I loved the dance exercise and the music, had a little trouble following the moves so I just made my own up at times. So much fun!

Am 67 and love the oldies music and the fact that you don't talk through the whole thing and just let the music play. Thank you for doing this. Much more fun than any other exercise.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this!! I am 60 years old and have two left feet. I have never been able to follow along with dance steps in a Zumba class, but I can do this! And the music makes me happy. I was actually disappointed when it came to an end. Thank you for making this video.

I was looking for a senior dance workout this morning and found this and you! I loved it! I liked that you don't talk during the exercise. I like your pointing and singling to indicate the next steps.

Thank you, thank you! I have been dancing with you all through Covid. I’m 77 years old and you have motivated me to exercise every single day, helping me to reach 10, 000 steps a day. In the last 2 yearsI have lost 70lbs! I’ve recruited my sister and sister in law to get on board with you too. We so enjoy your classes. Lov’n the oldies.
