Hello😊 Paul, although i'm back🙃 after 4 years no sports🏋‍♀️🏃‍♀️i want to go too fast 100%but then the body says take it easy, so now i did this workout 👌🙂 with some TaiBo boxing 😁it was fun 👍thank you 🙏
