Welcome to a short, no talking 20 minute low impact dance workout which will fire up those endorphins and brighten your mood! This dance workout is for anyone who loves to dance as a form of exercise. Besides dancing, I've added in moves to target the various muscles in the body to help tone and sculpt the body. This low impact fat burning workout is geared to get your heart rate elevated for all the great health benefits exercise brings. Have fun with the workout and think of it more as a dance party rather than it being exercise:) If you follow at my pace, the final step count is 2446 steps.

Time flies so fast when you're having FUN 😊 I was just pushing myself to do at least one workout for the day, and before I knew it, I was dancing and sweating 💃 After what felt like a couple of minutes, whaaaat? We're on cool down already? 😁

I have been struggling with my mental health for the past month. I haven't been working out and eating properly which further pushed me in a cycle of regret and self-hatred. When I saw the notification about this premiere, I forced myself to get up and just do it. I'm so happy I did. I was reminded on how good it feels to give myself some form of care, through moving my body. Jules, you have immeasurable impact to so many people all over the world. Great workout! I Know I’ve said it before, but thank you so much for keeping all of the moves easy to follow. I work much harder when I don’t have to stop and figure out how to do the exercise.

Jules, thank you so much for this workout. At first I wasn't keen on the music, but now I love it and together with your smiley face, it is truly a joy to do this every day!

I have two inguinal hernia's and so for many months did nothing out of fear of causing damage. But this inaction just led me down a path of depression and despair... until I found this workout! It is low enough impact not to cause me injury, but enough to get me moving again, shifting some pounds and raising my mood. And I love the lyrics in the last song! I am stronger than I think, thanks to you! So thank you once again! Blessings! x

Fabulous fabulous..did this as per march schedule with strength one then added on 10 minute dance. Buzzzzing. I loved it and was good to do strength one and plank again. I'm defo going for every day in march with this fantastic timetable. Can't thank this kind person have worked it all out and even put links there too. Incredibly thoughtful ❤️.
