Thank you, I really love these workouts. One year ago my ex boyfriend cheated on me... I was bored as hell and felt sooo depressed, but my friend really motivated me to rise from ashes. This channel motivated me to work hard, your videos are really blessed with many tips and tricks that helped me to eat clean as well. In the process I got some meal plans from Next Level Diet to further improve my meal planning. I lost 123 lbs in last year, and I am strongly motivated for more. Cheers❤❤

i literally never work out or leave the house because of mental health and im seriously unfit, did this for the first time because i want to be better and really enjoyed it so thank you:) after 8 mins i was dead and took so many breaks lol but its better than nothing

Ive been trying to look for ways to switch from the normal workout to something fun to enjoy my weight loss journey, i did dancing on my own but preferred something to follow, and this is THE video i needed. I never had so much fun while working out!

This is the only thing that has worked for my partner to alleviate her post natal depression and help her get fit again. She hated other forms of working out as a chore rather than fun to do. She enjoys these. This instructor is really gifted. Thank you for positively impacting our families lives!

I’ve done many Zumba workouts but I think this guy is my new favorite, really enjoy his 30 minute workouts hopefully I can see more of them 👍🏻😊

LOL, I haven't done Zumba in 10 years and this brought so many memories. The warm-ups are still killer and the steps came back easily. I remember a solid year of Zumba kept me the most toned I ever was in a lifetime, and the reason is because of allll these moves. They're very focused on the hips and lateral directions, so my obliques are feeling it right now. Covid lockdown and the years after did not stay fully on the fitness road as I had planned, which I kinda regret. And obviously I could've searched lockdown Zumba and other dance vids this whole time 😭 Thanks for the throwback, and I can finally reclaim Zumba somewhere in my health journey. 💗

Best Zumba ever. I am 67 year old, I did all the moves and I was sweating. The music was off the chain. Love the energy of the instructor and the ladies. It was so much fun. Thank soooo much. 🤗❤

Truth is in as much as I love fitness, I hate the traditional methods of exercise. I really prefer forms of exercising that are fun and don't feel like i'm working out and yet i get to break a sweat. E.g. Zumba. And your Zumba is amazing. I will post my progress here:
Day 1: I only got through 9 minutes of the video (finished rhe second set) because I was coming from another workout video and was already slightly tired. I will improve tomorrow. Will do at least until the third set.
