I'm so out of shape and obese that I could only do 10 minutes. But I'm also proud I did 10 minutes! Subbing and saving this work out to keep at it and eventually finish!

Refreshingly realistic. All my other YouTube fitness classes seem to be full of 20 year old size zero supermodels. It was lovely to see some normal girls working out ☺️☺️

Love the girl on the left, when she was struggling I was like "me too, girl!!!" Can't wait to see her in more videos, she's so relatable for me and she did a great job. Seeing people in workout videos definitely motivates me to do more!

My arms feel like wet noodles after this:)) I am writing this with my nose which was the only thing unaffected by this workout. Even my eyelids are sweaty. I feel great! Awesome workout.

This is exactly what I was looking for: steady low-impact cardio. I am in my early 40s now and it would be unwise to try to do what I did I my 20s (high-impact step classes, kickboxing, etc.) I like being active, cardiovascular-fit, and flexible, but it's hard to find workouts that don't include a lot of jumping and stress on knees, ankles, and hips. This was perfect, so thank you for the video and for the inclusive representation of people who exercise (not all skinny people are healthy nor are all heavier people unhealthy).

I'm 40 years old and I've only recently been diagnosed with Lupus which causes joint pain. On top of that I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis while dealing with a back injury from for a year now. It took a long time to get into physical therapy of which 12 weeks were wasted because she didn't know how to help me. After I was able to receive adequate PT I added Body Project videos to help get my stamina back. This particular video has worked wonders. It has strengthened the exact parts of my body that needed it the most which are my shoulders, hips and lower back. I do this now after 12 shifts at the hospital as a CNA because I find my body is already loose when I get started which helps alot. Tonight I was able to keep up better and work harder. My squats are still slow but I'm sure I'm on my way to a full recovery thanks to you.

Alex, "the punisher". 🤣🤣. I work out everyday, I haven't lost weight but I did knock ten points off me blood pressure! This is one of my favorites, challenging but manageable.

This was AMAZING! I loved every minute of it:
1. I loved seeing Alex's fun side ( girl's got the groove!)
2. I loved the lady in the white top's energy
3. I loved seeing the lady in the black top keeping up with the positivity and smiling all the way through!
4. I loved that my I didn't get tired doing this work out.... Can't say the same for hubby though 😂.

5. I plan to do this workout everyday. I'm currently in the early stages of pregnancy and morning sickness has made me bed bound for weeks now. So it was really nice doing this work out get amazing... Nice to feel normal

I've been doing those exercises for 2 weeks with my boyfriend and i'm finally being able to do the whole workout. sometimes my heart goes up to 170 bpm and I start feeling anxious so I slow down. What I love about these videos is the fact that the person instructing is always nice and makes it clear that we can pause for a moment if we need to. This channel is amazing.
