I love my chamomile with honey and lemon, it really helps my throat and vocal chords when I've been sick. My mint tea, which has several types of mint, help with my headaches when I get them, also if I'm congested it helps my sinuses and chest. I love herbal tea! I think I'm going to look into maybe getting seaweed snacks. My adult son loves them and they're supposed to be full of good stuff. I bet they'd be really good added into foods.
