The hips one was big for me. The glute medius was weak and caused a lot of pain in hip, knee and ankle

Eat more should also be on the ist for those who exercise! Check your BMI, it really shouldn't be below 20.

even though i'm a young person, i think my skincare routine is pretty reasonable! in the morning i rinse my face with water and use Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion. at night i use micellar water, Cerave foaming cleanser for normal skin, Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion, and pimple patches on any spots i might have!! i really feel like i have enough and i only buy replacement skincare products for the most part!
