It will be overwhelming for people like who won't do a single thing in the list
So for new year resolution I decided to do atleast 3 of them
My easy picks are
7 hours of sleep
3 meals and
5 fruits
When I achieved these I will try to add another 3
Hopefully I will complete atleast 5 or 6 of them before year end

Nicely put👍 I agree with all except for 6 mins meditation, like you said 9000 steps, similarly 6 means 60 mins of meditation.
Yes it's difficult to follow like all other habits mentioned here even this is difficult to bring into schedule but here we are not focusing on what's easy or difficult rathar we are talking about what is a necessary for healthy body and mind. So 6 mins of meditation is not going to be sufficient, it's 60 mins, start with 10-15 mins and gradually increase but spirituality path does need that much meditation and yes your mind will raise to another level.

In six minutes mind doesnt stop its chatter normally, but search and learn heartfulness meditation then u will know even six minutes of meditation can be effective.

I feel 2 hours gap between dinner and bed is less.At least need 4 to 5 hours gap and shd finish dinner maximum by 7 pm for healthy living.
