I gotta be honest; chris has changed my life and the form of seeing it. On this quarantine i've been motivated by him and my form has changed a lot since last year. My form of eating has improved a lot. This rutine is probably the hardest i've ever done from Chris. This one is a killer but i love it, as well as all workouts from this genius. Even though im still -15 i was able to complete this one (dont know how 😅) and that says a lot about how i have improved thanks to this man. You deserve the best, Chris. Greetings from El Salvador
