I'm a busy mom of 3 under the age of 4. I have been doing Heather's workouts on and off for almost 2 years. But since the last 2 month's I've been dedicated to working out 4-5 times a week. I'm not loosing or gaining any weight. So far just maintaining. (I can't stop eating good food! LOL!) BUT, I have an increase in energy and stamina when playing or running after my kiddos.

No distractions !

Workouts are intense.

The variety is great !!!

YES PLEASE that was SO GOOD!! Been staying really low impact lately and giving my body a break. This was perfect in everyday. 30 mins and felt like 1hr of weight lifting in a good way. I'll be coming back to this one on the regular. Thanks Heather ❤️
