These videos have done so much to help my mental and physical health. I started when the anxiety and panic disorders got bad, and then the level of adhd was discovered. I don't even leave for the gym without 1 or 2 videos first to get me motivated in the mornings. These night sessions have helped my sleep immensely. Most of the lying awake nights are gone which used to be every night. So grateful for you and your channel.

Thank You for these videos. I have anxiety and find it stressful sometimes to be in a yoga class full of people. Your voice and music are extremely relaxing and help me ground from home and be ready for the day or for a good night’s sleep. Please consider doing guided meditation videos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻✨

yay another bedtime yoga video :3 I've been doing your bedtime yoga videos for about a month, almost every night before I go to sleep, and it really improves my sleeping quality. Feeling so soothing every time and somehow my mental health just gets a bit better each night ❤

Thank you! I did this at 06:30 in the morning after various weeks of irregular practice and a few days with no practice at all. Anxiety, depression and unhappiness were clearly starting to settle as my first thought at waking up was food! After the session I did not feel "hungry" anymore. I felt refreshed and awakened despite not neing the purpose of the session.
