A 15 minute evening hatha yoga class with seated and reclined stretches.

Welcome to Day 5 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight's class is a hatha yoga practice which will start off with seated stretches before finishing laying down. This is a slow paced 15 minute yoga sequence suitable for all levels, no props are needed. Some of the poses include seated side body stretch, wide legged forward fold and reclined twist.

I have been using the 15 minute bedtime yoga for slightly more than a year now and I feel it has made a positive difference in my life. I also like the affirmations that accompany each 15 minute routine. I am very grateful for you Kassandra!!

Seated forward folds are the bane of my existence so this wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped but what a lovely affirmation ❤️

I love kassandra so much. 💕 Her videos helped me through so much and she has videos for EVERY NEED. Like you need a quick morning yoga you can get tons of 10mins. Or you want to energize? There's 10/20/30/60 minutes. All variations with different lengths. That's my favourite part. And you always feel what she says the session would feel at the end. And her voice is so soothing. Not to mention that she instructs you with the small important tips and reminders like: Don't hold your breath. Take your time breathing. Etc... I need to be reminded with those constantly so I feel how important that is

I absolutely love the affirmation. I have my final exams coming up in a month and it really made me realize that all the hard work will be paid off. Also I did the morning yoga challenge about two months ago and it really helped me relax in the morning, this one has the same result :) #GoodEvening
